RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Remote Era. Co does not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind.
Remote Era. Co offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items.
Remote Era. Co will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you.
Sale items, Hats, Beanies and Bags are non-refundable/exchangeable, all orders placed for these items are final and the items cannot be returned unless faulty.
